How to Pay HOA Fees

• Payee:  Lititz Reserve
• Payee address: c/o Calibre Property Management Processing Center, P.O. Box 95314, Las Vegas, NV  89193-5314 (you may need to abbreviate or shorten based on space available with your bank bill pay system)
• Account number or memo: 7019-LRA-your account number. Your account number can be obtained from the Calibre office staff (717-984-2613).

Payments Through the HOA's Bank

Please click on the “Make a Payment” button below for these payment options:

• One-Time eCheck – One-Time electronic withdrawal from your bank account. No fee.
• Recurring eCheck /ACH – Recurring electronic withdrawal allowing owners to determine the date of the payment. The bank will send a reminder email prior to the withdrawal.  No fee, but requires setting up an account with a login and password.
• Credit Card – All credit cards are accepted. A service fee of at least 3% applies and is charged to you at the time of payment. 
• Debit Card – All debit cards are accepted. A service fee of at least $5.00 applies and is charged to you at the time of payment.
